We at Rivet & Rock hope that you are thrilled with your new, one-of-a-kind piece of handmade jewelry. All work created in our studio is made with the utmost care and consideration in regard to design and execution. Our intention is to create wearable works of art to enjoy for years to come--even generations, with pieces that can be worn, loved, valued and then handed down through decades to come. 

Returns and Exchanges

Exchanges are considered for pieces of equal or greater value. 

Exchanges are accepted within three weeks of delivery date. Pieces must be unworn and with all tags and identifying information intact, remaining on the piece. The piece must be undamaged, and in the new, unworn condition in which it was delivered. 

In the event that a piece has a stone which is lost or damaged, it may or may not be able to be replaced with an exact match. Replacement fees vary according to the type of replacement gem and the condition of the jewelry. Labor charges may be incurred. 

Custom Designs

Custom orders for original designs may be accepted. R&R offers one hour design time free of charge. Additional fees may be incurred beyond one hour. The design fee is non-refundable.  

A non-refundable deposit is required upon agreement of design. The amount of the deposit is equal to half the value of the finished piece and the balance due upon completion.

Custom designs may not be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
